Southward to South Australia

Following a successful summiting of Ayers Rock, the expedition headed south toward South Australia.

Long, desolate roads met the expedition stretching from horizon to horizon.

Fuel was taken on at a roadhouse.  Note the custom license plate on the bush ute at the pump in front of the lead expedition vehicle.  Those Aussies are true battlers.

Goodbye Northern Territory.

Southward into more interesting terrain complete with vegetation.
