We took a trip into Utah to visit some of the national parks starting with Zion. Our path next took us through Kanab on the way to the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument when we had an issue with our truck that stopped our progress.
- A Walk Along the Virgin River – We walked up from the campground to one of the shuttle bus stops to get our land legs back under us after the trip from Colorado.
- Hiking the Narrows – The hike through the narrows of Zion is absolutely incredible.
- Dawn on the Virgin River – Dawn in Zion Canyon is absolutely amazing.
- Heading Up the Zion-Mount Carmel Highway – Part of the highway is inside the canyon wall.
- Zion Canyon Overlook Trail – What a great view!
- Broken down in Big Water – Our truck had a catastrophic rear axle bearing failure that left us stranded.
