We took the train from Budapest to Ljubljana after our stay in Hungary.
It was a nice day for a train ride.
We passed many little towns along the tracks as we headed south and west.
Lots of open farm country rolled past our train.
At a stop along the way.
Cute little villages.
Getting into the hilly country of Slovenia.
An old abandoned turntable.
An engine shop.
Old bridge.
An old steam engine at a station in the mountains.
You folks are capturing some gorgeous scenery and the old turntable is too awesome. The land is so rich and green. Got a smile on my face just from the smile on your faces.
The train ride was very beautiful. It must have been really neat when steam engines plied the rails back and forth from Slovenia to the rest of Europe.
