We spent the morning wandering around the old town of Ljubljana. It is an interesting mix of old and new. Rather than what often happens in America, the old and new blend together very well in the Slovenian capital.
The crest of the city on a manhole cover.
Someone wrapped individual strands of yarn up and down the street. It was really interesting to walk under.
More yarn down the street.
In Ljubljana, more cowbell is always the answer.
Kristen walking through the city.
The little river that runs through Ljubljana.
More yarn wrapped around lamp posts going up the street.
Cafes getting setup for the day.
I believe that this was city hall.
Downtown by one of the many little bridges crossing the river.
Looking across the triple bridge.
An old church on the low side of town.
Looking down the river.
