Heather and I visited the International Rose Test Garden to check out the blooming roses. A few years ago I visited the same garden in Portland with Zach and Vera.

We spotted some Portland Hipsters enjoying a sit on the grass. One wasn’t wearing any shoes.
This is a natural rose bouquet!
There was a wedding reception going on in the lower bowl of the ampetheater at the rose garden. A whole flock of people were sitting around on the upper bowls watching the reception. As beautiful of a place as it is to have a reception, it would be rather awkward for the guests to have all those people watching you eat.
