Trolleys on Canal Street

New Orleans has a neat system of old trolleys that runs around the city.  Several were staged at the bottom of Canal Street waiting their turn to do their runs.

Looking in the direction of the riverfront walk.  The trolleys go that way.

An interesting substation in the middle of everything.

Walking down Canal Street I found a bunch of palm trees.

IMG_1815Canal Street really reminds me of Avenue Habib Bourguiba in Tunisia.
