Saba Diving

There are some absolutely fantastic dive sites around Saba. Heather worked here diving for a few years back in the mid to late 2000s.
Taking some photos of tiny things.

There were a couple of cool swim-throughs we checked out.

  1. Absolutely gorgeous Uncle Doug. Love seeing the trail of bubbles from the divers. I’m inspired to get back into the water again. I did try on my wetsuit. 20 min and 6 wedgies later, it was still in a state of shrunken never gonna happen condition. Fine, I got fat. I’m still inspired. And lucky Heather. Diving for a career? Awesomeness. Thanks for the thrilling fun of yall’s adventures.

    1. Thanks, buddy! I’ve lost 50 lbs since coming back from this dive trip because I didn’t want to have my diving gear be so tight. I’m doing keto and intermittent fasting. It’s been a real game changer for my diving. Now my drysuit that I use in cold water fits MUCH better. Another 60 lbs to go though.

Heather used to teach SCUBA diving around the world. I did it for a bit in Oregon and Washington. There isn’t much money to be made in SCUBA though 🙁 Maybe as a retirement gig 🙂
