Here is information on identifying specific bolts, washers, fasteners, screws, and other hardware for the Honda Pacific Coast PC800 motorcycle. You can use this info to order replacement parts either from Honda or from your local hardware store. This information was originally compiled from Ben on the iPCRC in a PDF . I have recreated it here so it’s easier for you to search and find.
These were ordered from the Honda fiche for a 1998 PC800. Hopefully it will help someone who isn’t quite sure which screw/bolt goes with which collar/washer and where. I used the following fiche file to find the parts: [editor’s note: you can get the microfiche here. ] highly recommend it.

If you are looking for generic alternatives, you can find them in many local hardware stores or on websites like McMaster Carr .
Honda Part Numbers: 96600-06016-00, 96600-06016-08 Socket bolt, 5mm Allen head, 1mm thread. Look for generic crown bolt (possibly P/N: #82648) M6-1.0x16mm.
Honda Part Number: 96600-06012-07 Socket bolt, 5mm allen head, 1mm thread Look for generic crown bolt (possibly P/N: #82638) M6-1.0x12mm.
Honda Part Number: 90113-MM5-00 Pan head screw with shoulder, 5mm allen, 1mm thread. I don’t have a generic part number for this one and haven’t see it aftermarket. You could probably replicate this bolt by getting a 6×1.0x14mm pan head bolt and adding a 6mm collar onto it. However, Honda still stocks this bolt. There are also pan head screws with shoulders that probably will work if you don’t mind having a screw rather than an allen bolt.
Honda Part Number: 90106-MM4-000 Pan head bolt with shoulder, 5mm allen head, 1mm thread. This one also is hard to find aftermarket but Honda still sells them. If you were to switch to a panhead screw, then you can find something that’s close enough to work. The shoulder is important to have in order to not break the plastics on your PC.
Honda Part Number: 90106-KY2-701 Pan head bolt with shoulder, 5mm allen head, 1mm thread. This is another one you won’t find aftermarket but Honda still sells them. The length of the threads and the length of the shoulder are both important to prevent plastic breaking on your PC.
Honda Part Number: 90105-MB1-000 or 90105-MB0-000 Button head flange with shoulder, 0.89mm thread, Phillips Note that when the one part number was ordered, a different part number showed up. But both part numbers are listed for the same screw in two different places on the microfiche. This one you might be able to find a similar screw at a hardware store and then add a washer and a shoulder to. Again, the shoulder is important.
Honda Part Number: 90142-MB0-000 Button head flange screw with shoulder, 0.89mm thread, Phillips Again, another weird screw that Honda decided to use. The shoulder length is important to not damage plastics. You could probably find a generic Phillips head screw and then add an appropriate shoulder collar to make it work if Honda ever stops supplying these.
Honda Part Number: 93903-25380 Round head self tapping screw, Phillips This one you probably can find in a generic online parts catalog. Probably. You will want to make sure the threads match pretty closely so you don’t damage the bike by trying to re-tap those threads.
Honda Part Number: 94109-14000 Aluminum flat washer This one you can probably find a generic equivalent pretty easily with those measurements. Well… maybe.
Honda Part Number: 90463-ML7-000 Copper flat washer. This one you probably can find a semi-generic equivalent.
Honda Part Number: 90471-580-000 Aluminum flat washer You might be able to find this aftermarket. It’s a weird mix of metric and imperial units.
Honda Part Number: 90471-580-000 Thin flat washer The last time I checked, these are still available from Honda.
Honda Part Number: 90522-MF5-000 Collar Note that when the original author of the PDF that these images came from ordered this part back in 2011, he received P/N: 90522-170-700 instead which is very similar to being the same but has a 0.1mm higher collar and is 0.05mm higher overall. The part is also skinnier overall but has a wider mouth. The original author notes that the differences were negligible and both parts worked just fine.
Honda Part Number: 80109-KG7-000 Collar This one is still available from Honda but if not, you might be able to find something similar from McMaster Carr or maybe Misumi USA.
Honda Part Number: 61105-KM7-910 Collar Another weird one that maybe you can find a generic alternative for if Honda ever runs out of stock.
That’s all of the fasteners, washers, bolts, screws, and whatnot that were on the PDF. If there are other parts you want documented, please let me know and I will do what I can.
