Before my first full day of work on Oahu, I went with my coworker Heather to run up the Kuliouou Ridge Trail for some views over the islands. It’s quite the climb up the hill but worth it for the view.

Flying from Monterey to Los Angeles on the way to Hawaii
I hopped on a flight to head to Oahu for work. My flight connected through Los Angeles so I got a great view going down the Big Sur coast into LA.
Heather’s Birthday
We went out to Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley for Heather’s birthday this evening. The food and atmosphere are quite good. The gardens there are beautiful especially around sunset.
