Drew’s PC Reconstruction – Day 4

PC800_Day4_4Drew was back at it again today modding the Nekkid PC into something even more wild.  He finished up the handle bars and wired up the new switch clusters.  Now he should be able to start the bike and hear that sweet new exhaust.

Drew came up with an interesting replacement for the coolant overflow reservoir.  He found a tea can and improvised.

Drew’s PC Reconstruction – Day 3

Drew is rebuilding the Nekkid PC into something beautiful.  In Day 3 he welded up a completely new exhaust system from the headers back.  It now has a Vance and Hines SS2R Muffler. Four slip joints were used to put the muffler on the bike. The exhaust routing goes up and over the center stand cross/brace area.  The center stand was removed from the bike because Drew doesn’t want or need it.

This is a serious exhaust system!  It’s going to sound amazing.
