Heather and I went out to Fitton Green this morning take in some sun and get a walk. It appears that there is still snow up on Marys Peak.
There is still a lot of water sitting in the low spots in the valley.
Heather had the right idea. I forgot a coat and was a bit chilly even with the sun.
This evening I went out with Ashley to look at the flood waters one more time. We drove a car this time.
A vortex at the entrance to a culvert.
It was a rather large vortex.
Jesi and I went out to the Irish Bend Covered Bridge this afternoon to check on the water levels. The surf is up today!

A whirlpool feeding into the culvert. It reminds me of the power plant intake that I saw in Albania.
A little more water and the road is going to be over-topped.
The culvert is getting mighty close to completely full. A few more sticks or logs and it’s curtains for the road.
