The return of Plucky!

After a few weeks of being absent, our favorite otter is back at Breakwater! Plucky the juvenile sea otter that we have been watching for the last few months is growing up fast. But Plucky still has the same old habits of eating muscles right up against the rocks along the jetty where Plucky gets battered by the surf.
