No tour of Leadville is complete without going to the Matchless Mine to see Baby Doe’s cabin where she lived out the last 30 years of her life in isolation.

After our fabulous train ride, we walked around downtown Leadville a little more and had some lunch.

We ate at the Tennessee Pass Cafe.  They have very good food.

Up at the National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum.  It’s an interesting place and worth the stop.
