Reyðarfjörður
I passed through the town of Reyðarfjörður on my way to Neskaupstaður. The rain was a leftover remnant of the hurricane that hit Washington DC shortly before the 2011 IDETC conference. In the previous town I had dropped off a hitchhiking engineer who had gotten a few days off work and was seeing if he could get a lift all the way around Route 1.
