Train to Hungary

To get back to Budapest where Kristen and I both were to catch flights, we decided to take the train from Timișoara. The Timișoara train station is one of the more dilapidated halls of transportation that I have been in.

Timișoara

Kristen and I stayed in the town of Timișoara to take in some of the culture of far western Romania. This is an old station of some sort with preserved statues out front.

Driving to Romania

On the way out of Belgrade crossing the Danube. This is a really odd bridge. There are train tracks in the middle and lanes of traffic on both sides.

All of this flat land is a real change from the mountains of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and western Serbia.
