After a nice hike through the redwoods, we had lunch at Nepenthe in Big Sur. This is truly a magical place.

Garrapata State Park and Soberanes Creek Canyon
We went down to Big Sur to hike up Soberanes Creek Canyon to see some redwoods. Then afterwards we stayed in Garrapata State Park and went out on the headlands to see the view of the Pacific Ocean. What a beautiful place!
Riding down to Lucia along Highway 1
I took a spin on my Honda Pacific Coast PC800 down Highway 1 (the Pacific Coast Highway) to Lucia for some lunch. The restaurant and shop at Lucia burned in the last year but Big Sur Tacos had their taco trailer parked in the parking lot.
