The annual Monterey Harbor Christmas Lights Boat Parade was a lot of fun even though we were standing in the cold wind on the Coast Guard jetty. There were about 40 boats, two kayaks, and a half dozen paddle boards that participated. They first did a loop out to the aquarium and back, and then put on a show in the harbor for the judges.This jellyfish and squid light display was by far the best in our opinion.The boats came right in to the refueling dock so that everyone could see their lights up close.Seasons Greetings from Monterey!
