The garden has grown quite a bunch in the last month or two! The tomatoes and peppers have done very well in spite of the cool summer.

4th of July in Monterey
We had a great time at the annual 4th of July Parade in downtown Monterey. And then we walked along the water to watch the scuba divers at Breakwater.
Heather’s Birthday
We went out to Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley for Heather’s birthday this evening. The food and atmosphere are quite good. The gardens there are beautiful especially around sunset.
