Lexi and Zac presented posters at the conference.

We had a good time listening to many interesting industry and academic presentations at the conference.

Flight to Vancouver, BC

As part of my graduate studies, I went to the IMECE2010 conference to present a paper with my lab mate Sarah.  On our way up in a little turboprop we passed many of the peaks of the Northwest.

Sarah reading one of her trashy romance novels.

Interesting advertisement.

Mount Saint Helens.

Mount Rainer.

Over Canada.

Outside the airplane and terminal in Vancouver, BC.  It’s Canada, eh!

In San Francisco near Sean’s neighborhood.  We went by his place in the evening for a few beers and some of the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had.  I really need to get the dough recipe from him!
