The Great Market Hall is an interesting old building full of several levels of shopping. Most of the place is for food but there are also souvenirs and clothing stalls.

Morning stroll around Budapest
After flying across the seas and meeting Kristen in the Amsterdam airport, we embarked upon another adventure. This time rather than New Zealand, we found ourselves in Southeast Europe. Our first stop was Budapest, Hungary. We navigated our way from the airport on public transit to downtown and then on foot we walked to our accommodations in an old apartment block. The next morning we awoke to this view.
Our little room in the apartment. We used Air BnB to find almost all of our rooms on this trip.
A bright, sunny day in Budapest. As the day wore on it got increasingly hot and muggy.
Great architectural details.
Wherever I go, I find two-wheeled transportation.
The opera house.
The Danube River.
Boats parked along the bank.
Kristen ready to take on Europe.
An old synagogue.
The Danube keeps rolling along.
