The OSU team competing in the design contest was hard at work the night before the contest putting the finishing touches on their device. They had converted a hotel room into a small machine shop and electronics lab. Sarah and I were impressed with their tenacity.
Eileen gave her speech at IMECE2010 on Saturday afternoon. I thought she did quite well. The presentation was very good and her delivery was excellent. Unfortunately the lighting wasn’t the best in the room so I couldn’t get very many decent pictures.
On Saturday morning I decided to head over to Stanley Park to see what there was to see. The walk ended up being much longer than I had anticipated but the exercise was welcome.
