Driving along Highway 939 at night was quite the adventure. My rented Toyota Yaris was quite the trooper going down this mud and dirt track. The highway bypasses a section of Route 1 by going over a mountain range.
Night in Queensland
Driving into the night in the Queensland bush we stopped in the middle of the road to take a few photos. The night sky unfolded above us like nothing I have ever seen before.
