We went to the butterfly sanctuary in Pacific Grove after work to take a look at the butterflies. This year there are at least a hundred monarch butterflies in the sanctuary which is way better than a year or two ago when there were zero. But it’s still a far cry from when I was a kid and there would be millions dripping from every tree.
Afterwards we walked along the ocean.
It was a big wave day in Monterey today. Nice day for a run though.
The lighthouse out at Point Pinos is beautiful.
