Sean and I took a hike around some large redwoods while Katie read a book. Her knee is still healing from recent surgery.

Off to the Redwoods
On our way to the Portland Timbers vs San Jose Earthquakes game, we took a detour down Highway 1. The fog was intermittent as we traveled down the coast.
The tunnel boring machine fresh out of the tunnel that will soon bypass a large stretch of Highway 1 that is falling into the sea.

Passion for Breakfast
Passion is an excellent restaurant. Their breakfast was superb. Just what we needed before heading out to the redwoods and then onward to the Portland Timbers vs San Jose Earthquakes game.
