Flying North to Canada

I had a window seat on my way north from San Francisco to Vancouver. My itinerary took me via Canada to get to France for a work trip.

Flying over Portland, Oregon.

Somewhere south of Seattle. Funny-looking lakes.

I think that might be Tacoma?

Looking toward the Olympic Peninsula and the Hood Canal where I did a lot of scuba diving over the years.

All the islands out in the Puget Sound.

Coming in for a landing in Vancouver with the big mountains toward Whistler on the horizon.

I made a quick trip to San Francisco toward the later part of June. The rental car had Oregon plates.

I didn’t realize Nancy Pelosi had her own street.
