Wandering around looking for a place to have dinner, we passed by Union Station.
The Postal Museum is attached to the train station.

The Liquor Store has Great Sandwiches
As luck would have it, the liquor store across the street from our hotel also had great sandwiches. This was already shaping up to be a great conference.

Last Friday I went to the spring drag show at OSU. The theme was Powered by Rainbow. One of my students, Nick, dressed up for the occasion. My lab mate Sarah, who I randomly bumped into at the show, and I got a picture with him (in red) and his friend (in pink). The show was pretty good this year although I got there late and had to sit toward the back. Next fall I’ll get in line early.
