Today I went on a ride with several engineering friends. We did the Alsea Falls loop where we found car after car to slow our progress. Even with the less than fast roads, it was still quite a bit of fun. In Belfountain we stopped for a photo of our Engineering Biker Gang.
Riding with Seth on a nice day
Today Seth and I went on a leisurely jaunt up the Kings Valley highway and then back through Albany to Corvallis. This was the test ride for my newly rebuilt shocks and improved helmet. Both performed well.
The whole ride was about 81 miles.
Exercising the fully reassembled PC800 and heated gear
This afternoon I went on a quick 35 mile jaunt with Seth P to exercise the PC800, now fully reassembled. While I was at it I tried out my new heated gear. There will be a post about the placement of my Heat Troller at a later date. For now I can say that it is GREAT to have warm hands and feet while riding.
