After tasting some great wine and beer, we headed down the east coast of the South Island of New Zealand to Kaikoura. The drive was absolutely stunning.

We finally got into Kaikoura as the sun was getting ready to set. Our next mission was to find some fish and chips.
After getting off the Picton Ferry, we headed to the Marlborough Region for some wine and beer tasting. Delicious!

As Kristen and I were waiting to take the Picton Ferry to the South Island, the New Zealand Army rolled up. They were on the ferry with us, too.
