Glen Helen

The Glen Helen roadhouse and related interesting geologic attractions.  The expedition acquired permits to venture into Aboriginal lands and petrol to make it to the next fuel station.

The advanced guard of the expedition climbed down this rock face to avoid deep water in the gorge.  In retrospect it probably wasn’t a good idea to attempt without proper climbing equipment.
